4837867366. Illness: A 17 y/o boy who was referred to make a decision about an adrenal mass

4959. Symptoms started since childhood

  Present illness:

5. At birth: The result of NVD in the hospital w/o any problem.
5. 2.5 y/o : referred to Imam Khomeini hospital in tehran due to pubic hair growth and abnormal penis enlargment. He was examined on an outpatient basis, Lab test were performed, and Hydrocortison treatment was started 10 mg in the morning, 5 mg in the evening and 5 mg at night (probably due to CAH). He visited by physician every 3 month for follow up (Depending on the Patient´s test the dosage varies between 20 and 30 mg/day.
